Location - Equetech Warehouse, HP22 4ND, UK (not a remote position)

Hours - Part-time (10am-4pm)   Flexibility required as typical shifts may increase during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, sales, event seasons)

We operate a busy warehouse supporting our online store, wholesale customers, and marketplace orders, with a strong focus on accuracy, presentation, and customer service.

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Part-Time Warehouse / Order Processor to support daily order fulfilment and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in accuracy, and can work efficiently as part of a small, friendly team.

You will be responsible for picking, packing, and processing customer orders, ensuring every parcel leaves the warehouse correctly packed and on time, as well as assisting in customer service enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately from picking lists

  • Process orders through warehouse systems

  • Prepare parcels for dispatch using couriers

  • Ensure correct labels, paperwork, and shipping methods are applied

  • Assist with packing wholesale and trade orders

  • Answering telephone

  •  Processing returns

Stock & Warehouse Duties

  • Assist with stock checks and general stock organisation

  • Put away incoming deliveries in the correct locations

  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised warehouse environment

Quality & Accuracy

  • Check items for correct size, colour, and condition before packing

  • Ensure presentation meets Equetech’s brand standards

  • Flag any stock issues, damages, or discrepancies to manage

  • Monitoring status of goods and informing customers of any delays

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to work methodically and accurately

  • Physically able to carry out warehouse tasks (standing, lifting parcels, packing)

  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

  • Good IT skills and ability to learn new technology

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Previous warehouse, fulfilment, or retail stockroom experience

  • Familiarity with e-commerce order processing

  • Interest in equestrian products or clothing

  • Equestrian disciplines knowledge advantageous
