Equine Careers - established in 2009, my mission - to provide a platform for all office, commercial and professional vacancies within the equine industry. Advocating the variety of commercial roles within the Equine Industry.

We debuted at BETA International in 2010 winning an Innovation Award, and have since provided Vacancy Advertising, Recruitment and a unique Sales Agents Database to businesses operating in the equine industry from Governing Bodies, Wholesalers, Retailers, Suppliers, Education Establishments, Event Organisers, Veterinary Practices, Show Centres and Media Operators to name a few.

For job seekers - our Jobs Board is updated daily with exciting new office and commercial vacancies, full or part time, office based or hybrid all over the UK. Since 2012 I have sponsored the Sales Rep / Agent of the year Award at the BETA Gala Dinner and Business Awards.

My career started in Recruitment and Selection for J Sainsburys, and grew into Sales and Marketing in other industries.

In 2020 I completed a certificate in Life Coaching which greatly enhances the 1-2-1 careers coaching on offer.

I fully understand the importance of getting things right from the start – be that to fully maximise the impact of a new role to the market or as a candidate competing for an interview. I can support you to ensure the impact of first impressions.

I work hard to ensure Equine Careers is always busy with exciting new jobs to market to our engaged and proactive audience that has been steadily growing over the last 17 years.

I regularly speak at Colleges and Universities to support and educate the up and coming generations on how to apply professionally and with impact, to develop their confidence and commercial skills for a well rounded career and in turn deliver my clients valuable candidates.

I support established professionals to find the next step in their careers, promote excellent networking opportunities and provide guidance to those looking for a change.

I support a wide range of equestrian businesses with their recruitment needs, from writing a compelling job advert to attracting the right candidates, and assisting with shortlisting.

For the last 17 years it has been my mission to bring these varied and exciting jobs to the forefront of the industry, supporting candidates into rewarding careers. Equine Careers has grown, evolved and adapted as the industry has done the same. I am proud to be the 'go to' person for both candidates and businesses.

2024 I am delighted to have been selected as the 'Careers' expert featured as part of the team for the new Dr David Marlin Animal Web website.

October 2025 - I am delighted to report we have been recognised by the Business Awards UK, and won an Innovation in Recruitment Award.
