Equibreed UK are looking to recruit a Practice Manager.  We are veterinary practice dedicated to equine reproduction, and work hard to maintain our position at the forefront of the field.We are a group of highly experienced professionals achieving excellent results for our clients.

We offer all of the services associated with equine reproduction- from stallion collections to foaling down, assistance with natural covering to the latest in IVF technology for horses.

Our days are full and varied, and there is never a dull moment.

• We are looking for someone to manage the practice - an individual who will be central to the organised, efficient and successful running of the business.

• We need someone with energy and enthusiasm, with excellent communication skills, and a good team-working ethos.

• Previous leadership and management experience is key, along with experience delivering high level customer service.

• Good financial acumen, previous line management experience, and a positive problem solving approach all essential.

• The successful candidate will oversee the daily running of the practice, including recruitment, financial oversight, budgeting, facilities management, marketing, IT, invoicing and strive to improve our KPIs.

We would be looking for a 40hr week, with flexibility during the breeding (summer) season, when the practice is at its busiest. Out of hours work would be limited to infrequent emergencies, with occasional travel or early phone calls outside standard office hours.
