Veterinary Administrator - Part Time
We are currently looking to recruit a new member to join our office team at Kings Bounty Equine Practice, located near West Meon, Hampshire.
The role is 2-3 days a week with flexibility to provide additional office cover as required.
Your daily tasks will involve:
Being the initial point of contact for our clients
Liaising closely with vets, clients and suppliers
Invoicing and debt management
General administrative duties including data entry, maintaining clinical records, payment processing, monitoring phone calls/emails and diary management
Oversee social media and brand marketing
Successful candidate must have:
Polite, confident telephone manner
Knowledge of the local area and the veterinary/equine industry
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Self-motivation with effective time management skills
Ability to embrace daily challenges
Computer literate and competent in using a variety of different programmes
Ability to work efficiently both alone and as a member of the team
Due to rural location, own transport is essential
Excellent benefit packages available including a generous CPD allowance and company Health Care package.
Working hours to be agreed, Monday to Friday, office hours are 8.30am – 5.30pm
