An exceptional opportunity has arisen to become the exclusive UK Distribution Partner for Renaissance Saddles. A premium Italian saddle brand that has built a strong international reputation for its distinctive French design philosophy, technical precision, and rider-focused performance. Established with the vision of combining traditional craftsmanship with the demands of modern sport, the brand has become synonymous with premium saddles that prioritise close contact, balance, and true harmony between horse and rider.
Renaissance is driven by a clear and modern philosophy: to create saddles that deliver exceptional feel, freedom of movement for the horse, and refined rider connection.
With the current UK Distributor relocating to France, this creates a rare opportunity to take control of an established, high-demand, premium brand and drive its next phase of growth.
This is not an agency role. - We are seeking a commercial distribution partner to operate a stock based, DTC business.
Renaissance Saddles is positioned at the premium end of the market, recognised for:
French inspired design, prioritising close contact, balance, and rider feel.
High-level craftsmanship and performance engineering.
Strong adoption among professional and competitive riders.
Growing UK demand, with riders increasingly selecting Renaissance as their saddle of choice.
The opportunity
The appointed partner will:
Purchase and manage UK stock and distribution.
Operate a direct-to-consumer sales model.
Build and lead a professional saddle fitting team.
Deliver a premium customer experience, aligned with brand values.
Drive national growth through events, rider networks, and strategic partnerships.
Work closely with the manufacturer on strategy, forecasting, and market development.
Work closely with this established brand demand and market traction in the UK.
Commercial opportunity with significant scalability.
We are seeking
An established equestrian business or entrepreneur with:
Established connections within the UK equestrian sector.
Experience in saddlery, saddle fitting, or high-value equestrian sales.
Strong understanding of fit, biomechanics, and rider expectations.
Capability to build and manage a DTC national fitting network.
Commercial strength to operate a stock-led distribution model.
Ambition to grow a premium DTC business at scale.
This is a long-term distribution partnership, not a sales freelance role.
The successful partner will take full responsibility for UK stock, market development, brand growth, and commercial performance.
