Bloomfields Horseboxes provides the very best in quality horseboxes, while Team Bloomfields produces an exciting collection of equestrian and country clothing.
Due to recent growth, we are seeking a highly confident, creative and social media proficient individual, who will be responsible for overseeing and managing social media content for both Bloomfields Horseboxes and Team Bloomfields. This is an office based role at our HQ in Worksop, Notts.
The ideal candidate would be someone who has high levels of experience with content creation and digital marketing. This person should be able to take initiative to plan and execute creative, on brand content across all social platforms and medias to bring fresh engaging ideas to the table. This role is pivotal in managing our online presence across various social media platforms and ensuring our brand message is consistent and engaging.
This employee will communicate closely with our brand manager and director in elevating both brands presence through social media and marketing channels, with data driven precision and acute brand delivery.
Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
Develop, manage and implement innovative marketing strategies across all social platforms and email marketing to grow our brand presence and engage our community, through creative and strategic content creation, including posts, email, and ads whilst keeping in line with Bloomfields Horseboxes and Team Bloomfields brand visions.
Lead in the development of branding and growth strategies identifying future opportunities to expand our communities and engagement across all platforms.
Lead and implement marketing strategies for product launches, website optimisation and assist with ecommerce development for Team Bloomfields.
Lead and develop the creation of engaging, on-brand content that resonates with both brands target audience. This includes co-ordinating photoshoots/content days with the team, assist in selecting models, collaborating with the team, and creating posts, stories, email content, videos and appropriate material for the website.
Skilled in retouching photography, resizing and supplying photography in the appropriate size file.
Responsible for producing report analysis of weekly, monthly & yearly performance to effectively communicate to higher management.
Identify and engage with influencers and affiliates to promote the brand, secure gifting opportunities with long term commercial value, and establish ongoing collaborations.
Experienced in driving sales through affiliate marketing
Be able to build strong relationships for both brands with influencers of all age groups.
Assist with Team Bloomfields ecommerce updates, product descriptions, and marketing material creation.
Stay on top of the latest trends and updates in social media to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Managing the social media collaboratively in the execution of day-to-day content creation and running of all social media accounts.
Carry out analysis, to ensure content creation, planning and execution; including long and short form videos and photography is on trend for all social media channels.
Social Media Manager Requirements:
Must have experience working with social media management, digital marketing (Meta for Business/Ads, Google Ads & emailing software) and brand management of all social media platforms.
Creative copy writing abilities.
Familiarity with Excel, email marketing, website management, and Shopify.
Experience with digital drawing.
Attention to detail, ‘can-do’ and results driven personality.
Creative experience and skills such as but not excluded to, photography, design, styling & photoshop.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with internal and external partners.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This role could be part, or full-time position depending on experience. The role is based from our Worksop office and therefore, you must be able to commute to our office in Worksop, Notts on a daily basis.
