My client is seeking a Social Media & Marketing Manager to join our young and dynamic team. 

You will be responsible for coming up with ideas for social media content, engaging on social media accounts and implementing social media strategies. You will help increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement. You will create content with our brand ambassadors and other stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our online presence and support our business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage social media content and engagement, specifically Facebook, IG, LinkedIn and YouTube

  • Content creation and development for newsletters, websites, retailers , brochures, etc

  • Analyse metrics to inform marketing decisions and drive sales across platforms

  • Utilise social platforms and other relevant channels to drive brand awareness and generate leads. 

  • Engage daily on social media to grow our social media following, online community engagement and visibility.

  • You'll also help manage content for our brand ambassadors social media platforms

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of social media best practices and trends

  • Ability to come up with new ideas and shoot content on site both photography and videography. 

  • Graphic design skills (Photoshop is a bonus)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to create compelling and engaging content

  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting

  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • Positive and proactive attitude

The role is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of two days per week office based (East Midlands) with the remainder on location or working from home.

Salary package up to £40,000 for the right candidate.
