With continued growth and an exciting move to larger, modern premises in Upper Slaughter and an ever expanding customer base, we are looking for a skilled and motivated professional to join our friendly, knowledgeable team. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing expert saddle fitting both in-store and on-site

• Working closely with customers to ensure the best fit for horse and rider

• Carrying out high-quality workshop repairs and adjustments

• Representing Colne Saddlery with professionalism and enthusiasm 

 What We’re Looking For

• Fully Qualified Saddler & SMS Qualified Saddle Fitter

• A people-person with excellent communication skills

• A team player who thrives in a supportive environment

• Passion for equestrian sport and high standards of workmanship

The Role

• Based in beautiful Upper Slaughter

• Full-time (40 hours per week)

• Includes 2 Saturdays per month (with a weekday off)
