Senior Project Manager with Land Management expertise
Just Farm has this senior vacancy available with immediate effect. The right candidate will already be established in the required skills, be in a lead management role or be ready to take on that responsibility. Applicants must be highly organised, be an excellent communicator with proven experience and a history of delivering complex projects. Based in the heart of the Cotswolds, our team are passionate about helping Farmers and Landowners achieve successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead-on and deliver Higher Tier Project Applications
Apply a PMO approach and further refine processes
Working closely with Directors and Client Managers to maximise desired outcomes
Requirements
Degree level education, or equivalent experience, with a minimum 4 to 5 years in both Project and Land Management
Possess strong team management and leadership skills
Be passionate about the countryside, working with Farmers and Landowners, to build an understanding of what drives this essential industry.
This is a full-time position. The successful candidate will work from our office near Bourton on the Water, Gloucestershire and be required to live within 40 minutes driving time.
