This is a Home based role, with some office presence required occasionally in Monmouth and Peterborough. The position also involves travel to customers, trade shows, and industry events across the UK as needed.

Our Global Supplements Division is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to manage the growth and market presence of Natural Vetcare and NAF across key UK retail customers. In this newly created role, you will play an integral part in the Natural Vetcare brand relaunch, working closely with cross-functional teams to expand distribution, develop commercial strategies, and strengthen customer relationships.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and grow relationships with key UK Pet retail accounts.  

  • Identify and secure new distribution opportunities to expand brand reach 

  • Develop and execute pricing, promotions, and trade marketing initiatives to enhance brand performance.  

  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and category performance to identify growth opportunities.  

  • Build commercial strategies aligned with brand objectives.  

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated trade plans.  

  • Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events, ensuring effective market presence.  

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, sales data, and commercial outcomes 

  • Developing both direct employee and broader cross functional team capabilities and understanding 


What you'll bring  

  • Extensive previous experience managing UK key accounts and acquiring new customers in the pet retail industry is essential. 

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage commercial and financial tasks using a data-focused strategy for making informed decisions.  

  • Proficient in negotiation, communication, and contract management.  

  • Demonstrated proficiency in growing revenue and devising strategic business plans.  

  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build strong, long-term relationships.  

  • Knowledge of pet nutrition and supplements  

  • Experience in digital or e-commerce channels within the pet industry
