Although this is predominantly an office-based role, you’ll have regular contact with our UK and international stockists and some travel will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively assist in developing B2B sales opportunities and account growth
Build and maintain relationships with existing stockists and support new trade customer onboarding
Process orders and act as the key contact for B2B accounts
Assist in developing training resources, product information packs, and commercial materials
Contribute product and customer insights to the sales and marketing teams
Work with the marketing team to create blog and social media content for customer education and engagement
Accurately track and report on your success in team meetings
Represent Hilton Herbs at trade events and shows when required (some evening and weekend work will be required)
What We’re Looking For:
A degree in an equine-related subject (e.g. Equine Science, Equine Nutrition, Equine Business, Equine Management), or extensive equine experience
Strong understanding of equine care and the needs of horse owners and professionals
Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with both trade customers and horse owners
Interest in sales, product support, and the commercial side of the equine industry
Proactive, organised, and eager to learn—ideal for a graduate-level candidate
Ability to work collaboratively across departments, especially with marketing and customer service
Some customer-facing or retail experience would be an advantage
