Hi Form Equine UK is looking for a self-employed sales agent with existing contacts in the UK equestrian trade to help us grow our wholesale and yard accounts.
What we make isn't another me-too equine supplement range — it's a science-led, nutritionist-formulated brand with 35 years behind it, manufacturing accreditations most competitors don't hold, and full ingredient transparency on every label. If you've ever wanted to represent a serious product rather than a clever marketing story, read on.
About Hi Form — and why it stands out
Hi Form has been formulating equine supplements since 1990. The brand was founded in Australia by Antoinette Foster, a qualified Equine Nutritional Therapist and Medical Herbalist (Dip. Nut.), who still leads formulation today. That genuine clinical expertise sits behind every product — which is unusual in this category, where most brands won't tell you who formulated their range or what their qualifications are.
Here in the UK, the business is independently owned and run — direct decision-making, no layers between you and the person you'll be working with, quick turnaround on whatever you need to win an account.
A few things that genuinely set Hi Form apart in a crowded category:
Nutritionist-formulated, science-led. Every formulation is built by a qualified equine nutritionist drawing on both peer-reviewed research and decades of clinical practice — not assembled from a marketing brief. Each active ingredient is selected for the evidence behind it, not because it's on-trend.
Pharma and BP grade ingredients. We use human-grade ingredients (many TGA-listed for human use), not commodity feed-grade fillers. The brand standard since day one: if it's not fit for us to eat, it's not fit for our horses.
Patented, proven formulations. Some formulas (including ProflamAid Plus) are patented and have been refined over decades of clinical and field use. The range is mature, evidence-backed, and trusted by professional yards, vets, and competitive riders.
Full ingredient transparency on every label. Every ingredient named and quantified. No proprietary blends, no hidden additions, no "powered by" marketing without disclosure. Genuinely rare in this category.
HACCP certified and FeedSafe accredited. Manufacturing standards most equine supplement brands don't meet.
No fillers, no artificial flavours, no preservatives. Same standards for 35 years.
This is a brand you can stand behind, not just sell — and one customers (yards, vets, retailers, competitive riders) tend to recommend onwards once they're using it. That makes account retention much easier than the trade norm.
The role
Open and manage new wholesale accounts across yards, livery yards, vet practices, equestrian retailers and riding schools. You choose your patch — we provide the materials, training, formulation knowledge and product support. You'll be the face of Hi Form to your accounts, building long-term relationships and managing your own pipeline.
The product story is strong enough that competent, well-prepared meetings convert well. Less cold-pushing, more credible conversations.
What we offer
10% commission on revenue from every account you open, paid monthly, for as long as the account continues to order
No cap, no clawback after 90 days
Realistic year-one earnings of £15-40k, scaling year-on-year as your account base compounds
Full product training — including direct access to formulation rationale and ingredient evidence — so you can answer any technical question a vet or yard manager throws at you
Sample stock and a trade-pricing structure that gives you room to negotiate without devaluing the brand
Marketing materials and head-to-head comparison support
A founder-run UK business, which means quick decisions and a direct line when you need one
What we're looking for
Existing contacts in the UK equestrian trade — yards, vets, retailers, riding schools, or similar
Self-employed, able to invoice, and comfortable funding your own activity while you build your pipeline
A professional, warm communicator who can hold a credible conversation with a vet, a yard manager, or a competitive rider
Commercially minded — someone who treats this as a real business, not a side bag
Genuine interest in equine wellbeing and a preference for representing a quality product, not just chasing margin
