Do you have a real interest or passion in saddle design and saddle fitting?
Maybe you’re somebody who has experienced frustration around your own saddles or those of your clients? If any of this resonates with you then you would feel exactly as the founder of the CUOMO saddles did when she went searching and researching saddles before launching the brand.
Louisa Maria Cuomo Saddlery is looking for a Saddle Fitter to join as a long term Business Partner / Investor.
As well as being a qualified saddle fitter, Louisa is an experienced dressage rider and British Dressage judge. Her knowledge and understanding of both horse and rider biomechanics have enabled her to develop a unique process of saddle fitting and create a collection of saddles that maximise the horse’s comfort, performance and reduce issues over time.
We are seeking a partner who:
Wants to progress their career
Develop thier knowledge of advanced saddle fitting
Has a background in bio mechanics or saddle fitting
Is an experienced equestrian with proven riding ability or background
Has a passion for development, bio mechanics and progress
The successful person will be a consummate professional, with proven business acumen and commercial understanding and is looking for a long term commitment in a well established and well regarded saddlery brand.
