With a loyal customer base and a passion for the industry at our core, we are now entering an exciting new chapter as we relocate to a brand new 6,500 sq ft store. This expansion represents a significant investment in our future and the experience we offer our customers.
This is a unique opportunity to be involved from the ground up—helping to set up the store, shape the customer experience, and lead a passionate team in a well-established equestrian business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a small team of shop floor assistants
Oversee all stock management processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
Support buying and procurement decisions to maintain a strong product offering
Drive visual merchandising with creativity to deliver a distinctive in-store experience
Provide exceptional customer service, prioritising customer interaction at all times
About You
Previous retail experience is essential
Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive can do attitude
Strong leadership and organisational skills
A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for customer service
Equestrian knowledge and a genuine passion for the industry is essential
Desirable Skills & Experience
Experience in hat and body protector fitting (training can be provided)
AMTRA qualification for animal medicines
Working Hours
Full-time, including every Saturday, with a day off in the week
