An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Retail Manager (Maternity Cover) to join us.
We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in sales, customer service & staff management.
The successful candidate will;
Lead by example, be well organised with positive natural leadership qualities
Excellent communication skills
Able to organise, motivate and manage a team
Bring new ideas for sales and customer experience
Experience of merchandising & seasonal requirements, including training
Enjoy the daily variety and responsibilities that come with this role.
Able to turn your hand to a variety of different responsibilities.

The role is 5 days a week to include alternate weekend working
Candidates must reside within 45 minutes to the store based at CM4 0ES
