Do you have excellent practical knowledge of Horses and pets, and a keen interest in natural healthcare for animals?
Then this would be a fantastic opportunity to put that knowledge to use, by joining our team at Hilton Herbs, a company with over 30 years’ experience in the formulation and manufacture of Herbal & Natural Healthcare products for animals.
Hours: Either 1 Full time position or 2 part-time positions to cover 9.00 am – 5.00 pm Mon – Fri.
Salary: Up to £ 27,000 p.a. Please state salary expectations in your covering letter.
Holidays: 25 days, plus usual UK Bank Holidays
Place of Work: On-site at our offices near Crewkerne, Somerset.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Interacting and answering customer questions via Web Chat
Management of existing Mail Order accounts
Handling and processing of Web, Phone & Mail order sales.
Responding to customer email queries
Customer facing sales
Resolution of Retail Customer Delivery queries
UK Show and Sponsorship Requests
Retail Website housekeeping & updates
Regular updating of product listings & images in CMS
Occasional Blog creation
Qualifications & Experience Required
Comprehensive knowledge, and practical experience in the daily care and management of Horses and Pets
B2C Sales experience
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Excellent communication skills, both written & oral
Knowledge, belief and interest in natural health care for animals
Practical use of Social Media – FB, Twitter, Instagram
A love of, and interest in, animals in general
Experience of Equine / Pet Supplement industry
