We are seeking an Equine Retail Account Manager to support our ambitious growth plans across these premium brands. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences and selling best-in-class products.
You will manage and develop retail trade accounts across your territory, from major retail chains to independent family-run stores. Using a combination of both in-person sales activity, and digital communication, you will build strong, sustainable customer relationships whilst maximising distribution, sales growth and market share across all three brands.
You will become a valued partner to your customers by providing exceptional account management, category expertise, merchandising support and ongoing product education.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate;
Proven sales skills in a customer driven environment
Understand consultative selling and premium brand positioning
Strong equine industry familiarity
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Time and Diary management skills
Above average IT skills
We are seeking a candidate with:

The ability to build long-term customer relationships, with confidence in negotiating and selling premium products
A collaborative, team-focused approach, working towards mutual success for customers and the business

Strong organisational skills, a structured approach to territory management, and good commercial awareness
This role is a field based role with some working from home, the successful candidate must reside within territory, be prepared to travel and with a flexible attitude towards working hours - working weekends or evenings as required.
