Managing practice properties, including compliance checks, maintenance coordination, and contractor liaison
Managing insurance policies and providing clear summaries to support informed decision‑making
Overseeing the practice vehicle fleet, including servicing, repairs, and general presentation
Supporting internal communications, low‑level marketing activity, social media, and website updates
Working closely with the client services manager and admin team to support the central diary and operations

Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to anticipate needs and prioritise effectively
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
A professional, discreet, and flexible approach
Confidence communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including directors, vets, clients, and suppliers
The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projects
A degree‑level qualification or equivalent experience is desirable but not essential.
