We’re looking for a highly organised and adaptable Operation Coordinator to join our small, fast-paced team. This is a varied role covering customer service, order coordination, admin, sponsored rider management, and day-to-day business support. You’ll also work closely with the director on a range of ongoing projects.
A strong knowledge of eventing, show jumping, and dressage is important, as is a full UK driving licence. This role includes occasional travel to rider yards, events, and photoshoots.
Key responsibilities:
Customer Service: Responding to email and phone enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
B2B Invoicing: Creating and managing trade invoices, and following up on outstanding payments.
Order and Warehouse Coordination: Ensuring timely dispatch of orders, working with the warehouse team, and supporting the warehouse when needed.
Office management: General admin duties and maintaining office supplies and systems.
Sponsored Rider Management: Liaising with top-level riders and their grooms, visiting yards and managing photo shoot schedules, handling product orders, monitoring rider-linked sales, and making sure all rider output aligns with brand standards.
Director & marketing support: Supporting product launches, creating basic graphics or documents, and assisting with trade show and event preparation.
About you:
Strong knowledge of the equestrian world especially eventing, show jumping, and dressage
Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
Practical, problem-solving attitude with a willingness to get involved across all areas of the business
Basic design and admin software skills (e.g. Canva, Excel, Xero)
Full UK Driving Licence
Flexibility to travel and stay away at trade shows including Badminton, Burghley, HOYs etc.
Previous experience in operations, admin, or logistics preferred
This is a hands-on role with a lot of variety. You’ll need to be just as comfortable handling invoices and stock issues as you are coordinating with sponsored riders or supporting product launches.
