As our Marketing Manager you will be based at our brand-new purpose built office in North Devon where you will work closely with the leadership team to help formulate and communicate both who we are and what we do to the outside world joining us on our expansion journey.
This multifaceted role demands a unique combination of self motivation, creativity, enthusiasm, analytical skills, and strategic thinking, covering both marketing strategies and the management of our events.
We are looking for someone who has hands on knowledge of the equestrian industry, will enhance our brand presence, drive growth and oversee our events. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about horses and is keen to make a significant contribution to our company's success.
You will be joining a small, dynamic and supportive family-run company that will provide you with the freedom to learn, grow and test new ideas. You will have the opportunity to develop your skillset and explore new methods of marketing. You will lead a team of 4 and over time build a top class team around yourself.
You will be working across both of our brands, EQUIDRY & Drywalks so you’ll need to take initiative, be organised and have excellent communication skills. You will take responsibility for designing and implementing marketing campaigns, developing company websites, organising events and maintaining a social media presence across all platforms.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in a related industry with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and analytics.
Proven experience in B2B marketing.
Strong copywriting and photography skills.
Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and a passion for innovation.
Ability to inspire and develop our small team, work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic environment.
The drive and ability to work hard within a small team, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritising tasks effectively.
A strong understanding of Shopify and Shopify+.
Knowledge of the Equestrian industry is essential and knowledge of the pet market would be beneficial.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Starting salary range offered between £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
