Marketing Manager

Racesafe is a British brand trusted by riders worldwide for body protection and apparel. With over 50 years of expertise and a reputation for innovation, we design and manufacture market-leading equestrian safety products used across many disciplines.
Our range of performance products is sold direct to consumers and through retailers in the UK and internationally. We're at an exciting stage, with a growing product range and our D2C and international business growing with it. We're looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing and drive that growth across Racesafe and our other brands.
This is a hands-on role where initiative and resourcefulness matter as much as experience. You'll plan and run the marketing across the brand, working with a small in-house team and freelancers. You'll need to be comfortable getting stuck in yourself and turning ideas into finished work.
What you'll own:
Marketing strategy and campaign planning across the group
Driving D2C sales growth through the website and digital channels
Email marketing and customer retention
Directing our content, social, paid ads and design freelancers
Supporting our international and B2B growth, including how the brand presents to retailers in Europe, the US and beyond
Making the brand look and feel premium across every touchpoint
What we're looking for:
Proven experience growing a D2C or e-commerce brand
A real hands-on streak. You're happy to do the work, not just direct it
Creative instinct and an eye for what makes a brand feel premium
Organised, self-driven and comfortable owning results
Bonus, not essential:
Experience in the equestrian industry
International marketing experience
The details:
Competitive salary depending on experience
Minimum 2 days per week in our Corby office
