This role is primarily home-based, with travel required within the UK.
We’re recruiting an equine focused Marketing Executive to work across the full marketing mix to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive awareness, customer engagement, and commercial performance.
You’ll act as a vital link between marketing, sales and trade teams within the Fevara plc portfolio ensuring that every campaign strengthens our brands’ presence in the equine and agriculture marketplace.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Horslyx equine retail team, you’ll combine strong marketing know-how with hands-on execution to deliver campaigns, product launches, social media, influencer engagement, and partnerships that grow demand and align with business objectives and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Be a brand and team advocate, who is aligned with the team strategy as well as the wider business strategy to further develop demand generation for our industry leading brands, leading on our Horslyx brand.
Nurture third-party relationships with our PR partners, effectively conveying ideas to ensure the consistency of messaging and product positioning.
Plan, create and schedule social media content in conjunction with the Marketing Manager, and be a voice in the industry by engaging in conversations with key stakeholders as the voice of our brand.
Develop and lead the Horslyx influencer strategy to amplify brand awareness.
Produce engaging content: blogs, articles, newsletters, and marketing materials.
Build and nurture key partnerships in the equine world to generate demand and open new opportunities.
Own the marketing collateral process and register, to ensure brand assets are accounted for and up to date as campaigns develop for the commercial team.
Support product launches, packaging, labelling, and compliance.
Co-own our presence at industry events with the Marketing Manager, working to ensure we have on brand stands or speaking slots that benefit our brand positioning.
Work closely with our business units to ensure they have a positive service level from the marketing function, while contributing to marketing initiatives across our wider brand portfolio as required.
Research and adapt to the ever-evolving marketing landscape by remaining up to date with latest strategies and trends.
Qualifications and Experience
To be passionate about horses and equine products, deeply immersed in the equine world with a clear understanding of how the market is influenced.
2 years’/previous experience in a marketing or communications role (equine or agriculture sector experience desirable).
Strong grasp of the marketing mix; digital, events, PR, and brand management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using social media and digital tools for brand storytelling.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Ideally, you will also:
Have a degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Be familiar with tools such as, Canva, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
Have experience of working with external agencies and PR partners.
