Salary: Dependent upon experience plus profit-related bonus and 4 free bags of Pure Feed per month
Pure Feed is exanding and on the search for a Marketing & Customer Service Executive to join the team, combining creativity, customer engagement and commercial support in one varied and rewarding role.

Working closely with the Head of Commercial - you’ll help bring the Pure Feed brand to life across social media, email and the website, while providing excellent customer service and supporting the smooth running of day-to-day commercial operations.
No two days will be quite the same. One day could be creating a social media campaign or preparing an e-newsletter; the next - updating web content, speaking to customers, processing orders or helping turn equine nutrition expertise into useful, engaging content for horse owners.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in getting the details right and is keen to make a real difference within a small, collaborative team. Your experience to date should be relevant to this role.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, nutrition and operations, helping ensure customers receive a consistent, professional experience at every stage.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a proactive, enthusiastic individual who enjoys both the creative and practical sides of a commercial role.
You’ll ideally bring:
A creative eye and an ability to produce engaging digital and social media content.
Strong written English, excellent spelling and exceptional attention to detail.
Practical experience using social media for business, including creating graphics, photographs and short videos.
A friendly, confident telephone manner and a genuine passion for customer service.
Excellent organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Confidence using digital systems and a willingness to learn new platforms.
A reliable, hands-on approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A genuine interest in horses and the equestrian industry.
Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms or CRM systems would be advantageous, as would previous experience in customer service, order processing or a similar marketing role.
Most importantly, we want someone who is willing to get involved, take responsibility and contribute ideas. You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you should be keen to learn, develop your skills and help the business grow.
