As we continue to grow, we're looking for a bright, motivated graduate to join us as a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to launch your marketing career, build real-world experience, and earn a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification.
You’ll work across social media, email campaigns, advertising, events and more—all while developing your skills under the guidance of an experienced in-house team and a leading apprenticeship provider.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a recent graduate (ideally in business, equine science, psychology or similar fields) who is excited about marketing and keen to learn on the job.
This is an apprenticeship role, so you must not already hold a marketing degree or similar qualification, but you should be academically strong and ready to apply your critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills in a commercial environment.
Essential Criteria
A 2:1 degree or above (non-marketing discipline) – e.g. Business, Psychology, Equine Nutrition, or similar
A Levels at grades A or B
GCSEs including: At least a Level 7 (Grade A) in English At least a Level 5 (Grade B) in Maths
Eligible to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding criteria
Passionate about marketing and digital communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Curious, proactive and eager to learn
Organised, with strong attention to detail
Interest in horses, equestrian life or animal science is a bonus
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support marketing activities across multiple channels and platforms, with a focus on:
Social Media: Plan, write, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
Email Marketing: Support the production of monthly customer and trade newsletters
Paid Advertising: Assist with planning and reviewing performance of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
Influencer & Ambassador Marketing: Coordinate content and engagement with our rider network
Events & Sponsorship: Help organise and promote our presence at trade shows and equestrian events
Print Materials: Assist with creating marketing collateral such as leaflets and product guides
Analytics: Learn how to monitor and report on marketing performance using Google Analytics and social insights tools
Teamwork: Collaborate across departments (sales, nutrition, ops) to deliver joined-up marketing activity
About the Apprenticeship
You’ll be enrolled on the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship with our partner Professional Apprenticeships.
