Logistics Assistant (Equine Industry) – Full Time | Office-Based | Hilton Herbs, Somerset

Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and passionate about the equine industry? Would you love to be part of a company dedicated to the health and wellbeing of horses and animals around the world?

Hilton Herbs, a trusted name in natural supplements for horses, is looking for a motivated and reliable Logistics Assistant to support our growing operations team. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role based in North Perrott, Somerset, perfect for someone looking to build a career in logistics and supply chain within the equine and animal health sector.

About the Role:

As part of our friendly and passionate team, you’ll support our Global Logistics Manager to keep everything moving. From processing orders and managing shipments to supporting export documentation, you’ll play a vital role in getting our products from our UK base into the hands of horse owners, riders, and retailers across the world.

Whether it’s fulfilling a large B2B order or making sure a horse owner in the US gets their favourite supplement on time, this is a hands-on logistics role with a purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Global Logistics Manager with daily logistics admin and coordination

  • Process B2B orders, including via Amazon Vendor Central

  • Assist with the preparation and checking of export documentation

  • Track international and domestic shipments, updating internal systems

  • Communicate with couriers and freight providers to arrange collections and deliveries

  • Liaise with customers to confirm delivery slots and provide status updates

  • Use Excel to manage order and shipment data, ensuring accuracy and consistency

What We’re Looking For:

  • An interest in horses, equine care, or the wider animal health industry

  • A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills

  • Confident using Excel and quick to learn new systems

  • Clear communicator, comfortable dealing with couriers, customers, and team members

  • Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central is a strong advantage but not essential

  • Some experience in admin, logistics, or supply chain is helpful—but we also welcome fast learners with the right mindset and enthusiasm

Why Join Hilton Herbs?

At Hilton Herbs, we don’t just make products—we care deeply about the animals who use them. From 5* level riders to everyday horse owners, our customers trust us to deliver products that are safe, effective, and ethically made.

You’ll be joining a team that shares your passion for animals, in a role where your work helps horses around the world stay happy and healthy. We offer a supportive, down-to-earth working environment with real opportunities to grow.
