Where you’ll work: This role is based at the College’s Hadlow Campus

Your hours: Full-Time/Part-Time hours considered, 52 weeks per annum

Your pay: £33,225 – £42,100 per annum (Full-Time Equivalent), depending on teaching and other qualifications and experience.

Working within North Kent College’s Equine curriculum area, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitability qualified, experienced, and passionate individual to join the team as a Lecturer in Equine.

  • You’ll be required to prepare, teach, and assess at a variety of qualification levels, providing support and guidance to your learners as they progress through their studies.

  • You’ll have specialist knowledge of the curriculum area, which may be enhanced by any relevant industry / professional experience, as well as a formal qualification that underpins this knowledge.

  • We need you to be a team player and an excellent communicator, able to maintain a proactive approach and an eye for detail whilst working to challenging deadlines.

Teaching experience, particularly within Further Education, would be advantageous but isn’t essential. Likewise, although a full teaching qualification (at Level 5 or above) isn’t required at this stage, you would need to secure this within 3 years of appointment.
