Horse Shipping Administration Assistant

Parkes International Transport, specialists in the worldwide transport of horses by road and air.

We are currently seeking a Horse Shipping Administration Assistant to join our team on a Maternity Cover post to join our small but busy team based near Wallingford, Oxfordshire.

Responsibilities include: 

• Liaising direct with clients, vets and transporters

• Completing paperwork and online forms

The successful candidate needs to have;

• Accurate computer skills

• A good telephone manner

• Able to work under pressure and be willing to learn

Previous experience in horse racing, transport industries and/or veterinary services a bonus, but not essential. Previous office experience is essential.
