Are you an International Sales leader from an equine background looking for a new opportunity to deliver sales strategies? Are you looking to work with an equine brand that is expertly crafted and scientifically backed?
If so, we have an amazing opportunity for you! We are seeking an International Head of Sales responsible for increasing revenue growth and expanding market presence across international equine markets through both direct customers and distribution partnership.
What you'll be doing:
Directing the commercial strategy for the international markets
Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to meet business objectives and Revenue / EBIT targets
Managing the International sales team, setting clear targets and ensuring performance standards are met
Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to increase business growth
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions
Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial efforts with overall business goals
Analyse sales performance data, creating actionable insights and reports
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
What we are looking for:
Experience in managing sales teams and facilitating revenue growth across various international markets
Skilled in creating and executing strategies that align with business goals
Proficiency in analysing sales and marketing data to inform strategies and measure performance
Ability to cultivate and uphold partnerships with significant customers, distributors, and stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in managing and developing teams
Equine industry knowledge and familiarity with international equine markets
Location - Although this role can be based Internationally, please note we have UK based offices and a prominent presence in Germany, travel will be required.
