Position: Female Senior Riding Instructor (BHS Stage 3 Complete or higher)
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
The Royal Stables (TRS) is offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced BHS-qualified female riding instructor to join our dynamic, international team in the heart of Abu Dhabi.

We are looking for a dedicated professional with proven experience and references in:
Teaching children and adults from beginner to advanced levels in dressage and jumping (group and private settings)
Managing lesson schedules, horse allocations, training routines, and turnout organization in collaboration with instructors & stables team.
Schooling and exercising horses for riding school and livery clients with a focus on correct training & equine welfare.
Assisting with holiday camps, equestrian events, and competitions
Experience with Race wood Riding Simulators and Para Dressage an advantage.
Candidate Profile:
Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages a plus)
Confident working with multi-national teams and high-net-worth clients, previous experience of working internationally is a bonus.
Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and professional presentation
Proficient in basic Microsoft Office and operational mobile apps
