Full-Time | North Perrott, Somerset (remote working considered for the right candidate)
At Hilton Herbs, horses are at the heart of everything we do. For over 30 years, we’ve been producing trusted herbal supplements that help keep horses naturally healthy and comfortable. Based in the Somerset countryside and loved by horse owners worldwide, we’re proud of our heritage, our values, and the strong relationships we build with our customers. We’re now looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Equine Marketing Executive to join our friendly team and help shape and deliver marketing activity across both the Hilton Herbs equine range, and the equine category at our sister brand, Verm-X.
The Role
This is a hands-on marketing role in the equine sector. You’ll be responsible for planning and delivering effective, engaging marketing activity that connects with horse owners, retailers, and equine professionals.
Your role will include:
Planning and delivering equine-focused marketing campaigns across digital and print channels
Creating high-quality content for print assets, social media, email marketing, and our website
Supporting new product launches, promotions, and seasonal activity
Working closely with sales and customer service teams to align messaging
Nurturing collaborative relationships with industry partners
Representing Hilton Herbs at equine events, shows, and trade days
The Candidate
We’re looking for someone who combines solid marketing experience with a genuine understanding of the equine world. You’ll be naturally proactive, creative, and happy to take ownership of your work. You’ll have a friendly, positive, and approachable personality, and enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues, customers, and partners alike. A confident communicator with a can-do attitude, you won’t be afraid to roll your sleeves up and get involved wherever needed.
You’ll need:
Proven marketing experience
Strong equine knowledge or hands-on experience
A high level of literacy - you’ll have confidence in writing engaging, on-brand content for different audiences
Experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, ideas-led approach and the confidence to take ownership
Career experience in the equine, animal health, or rural sector would be an advantage, but is not essential if you have strong marketing credentials and a demonstrable passion for horses.
