Ayr Equestrian is a family run business established in 1953. We aim to bring you the best products for both you and your horse that we know work. Over the past decade Ayr Equestrian has developed to be one of the country's leading mobile and internet retailers. We also have a large well equipped tack shop that operates from a modern, purpose built Equestrian Centre.

This a Fantastic opportunity to join our team based at our Ayr Store

The position will fit well with a candidate who is proactive and can use their own initiative to get things done, you must be able to work well as part of a team and as an individual. As we sell a lot of specialist equestrian equipment a basic understanding of equestrian equipment is essential.

Further to this, a good, friendly sales manner is also required for the position.

The ideal candidate:

  • Will be computer literate
  • Have previous experience using general computers and well as an EPOS system
  • Have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is also preferred
  • A good telephone manner and the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and email are required

Hours: 24-40 hrs per week

We can offer flexible working days however will require weekend cover.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.50-£12 per hour

Benefits: Company pension / Employee discount / onsite parking

Schedule:  8 hour shift - 9:30am-5:30pm
