Chelford Farm Supplies is a leading retailer of country clothing and footwear, equestrian products, agricultural supplies, and garden machinery. A family-owned business established in 1975, Chelford Farm Supplies serves customers from both its bricks-and-mortar and E-Commerce store.
We are a growing and forward-thinking company, with a recent site expansion and an exciting new website design currently in development.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an E-Commerce Specialist to lead the fast-growing E-Commerce team.
This role is both strategic and operational and you will be fully accountable for driving the online sales and profit performance, identifying new opportunities to drive digital performance and growth. You will be an expert in E-Commerce, and a strong team player.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving the company E-Commerce strategy across multiple channels
Keeping up to date with the latest E-Commerce technology and functionality
Responsible for day-to-day management of Magento website - including inventory, merchandising.
Working alongside web development agency to manage website developments and core updates
Develop and implement SEO strategy & roadmaps including technical, on-site & off-site elements
Creating content as part of long term SEO & content strategy
Working alongside external agency to oversee PPC advertising campaigns
Overseeing the management of the Social Media & Email Marketing strategy
Managing third-party selling channels (eBay & Amazon)
Insights and reporting via Magento, Google Analytics + SEM Rush
Required:
2+ years E-Commerce experience
Commercially focused
A positive attitude and collaborative approach
Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills, good communicator
Confident using Google Analytics, SEM Rush, AdWords, Search Console and Tag Manager
Confident using CMS/E-Commerce platforms
Strong written skills
Pay: £36,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
Additional pay: Yearly bonus
