Premier Equine International is an equestrian brand specialising in equine products. A leader in horse rug technology and leg protection with wholesale and retail operations in the UK, Europe, and Global markets which is continuously expanding in reach, demand, manufacture, and range.
The growth and success have created an opportunity for a full-time Digital Marketing administrator to join our team based at HQ in Goxhill, North Lincolnshire.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior members of the marketing team in aiming to increase brand awareness, engagement on various platforms, and aid in the running of our B2B and B2C online stores.
Engaging with customers on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
Responding to customer service queries on social media
Posting and responding to customer reviews on specific review platforms
Reviewing and assisting with email marketing content
Reviewing all content prior to going live for accuracy
Compiling and producing social media statistics for various platforms
Assisting as and when required in creating daily social media posts, as well as partaking in the planning of upcoming campaigns
Updating product information on B2C and B2B websites
Editing and updating images for both websites, as well as the asset library
Adding sale products onto the websites
We are looking for a person who is adept in being a team player and working with others. We expect they will be diligent and possess a close eye for detail, maintaining a high level of accuracy within the work they produce.
The candidate should also show an aptitude to learn new skills and techniques within the marketing department, and it would be beneficial if they are traditionally a quick learner.
A positive attitude is required in working as part of a team, as well as the patience to carry out the tasks in hand.
We also prefer the candidate to have a passion for horses and a have a reasonable understanding of the equine industry.
A prior knowledge of social media and marketing is preferred.
Equine knowledge is required for the candidate to be able to adapt to the role quickly and successfully.
Computer literate and have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, and Excel and interested in learning new IT systems as we develop furthermore.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £13 per hour
Schedule: Working hours are 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. 37.5 hours per week.
