An experienced, hardworking, and enthusiastic Customers Servies/Depot Administrator is required by Stromsholm Ltd, the UK’s leading farrier supplier. Stromsholm is an English-Dutch company established in 1972, supplying horseshoes and hoof care products to farriers in the UK. Both the companies are proud to have been awarded a Royal Warrant.
Job Location : Newmarket
Monday to Friday (7.30 am to 4.00 pm)
In this position, you will be managing the Newmarket depot to deliver the highest level of service.
Dealing with customers at the trade counter.
Processing orders onto SAP and generating invoices.
Processing customer payments.
Contacting customers and informing them of new products.
Attending Clinics in the area.
Maintain Store, product display and ensure store appearance is always clean and presentable.
Keep the CRM system up to date and accurate
Dealing with local authorities.
Liaising with other departments within the organisation.
Delivery service (Company van provided)
Skills and abilities required
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, answer questions, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Strong Communication and negotiation skills
Strong desire to engage with customers
Strong sales results-driven approach, being proactive in all parts of the sales process
Excellent verbal and written communication and social skills
Flexible schedule - ability to work evenings and weekends
Proficient computer and typing skills
1-2 years of customers service, tele sales and administration experience
Experience with SAP is a plus
