Customer Support Executive – Join a growing UK Equestrian Tech Company!
9 -12 Month Maternity Cover – Potential to go permanent | c £26K | Start ASAP
Ready to be part of something exciting? We’re on the lookout for a Customer Support Executive to join our innovative and growing UK-based SaaS company. We're passionate about helping riding schools and equestrian centres thrive through technology – and we want YOU to be part of that journey.
This is a 9 - 12 month maternity cover role with real potential to become permanent as we continue to develop. If you're someone who is patient, loves solving problems, building relationships, and making a difference – this could be the perfect fit!
What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering friendly, helpful support for our business management & booking platform via phone, email, face to face and video/screen sharing calls to our amazing customers.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving like a pro, helping users get the most out of our system.
Spotting opportunities to go the extra mile and make our customers feel valued.
Onboarding new customers
Working in our dedicated, creative team to improve and evolve our services.
Helping us expand our international presence while keeping UK customers supported and smiling.
What We’re Looking For:
A people person who genuinely enjoys helping others and making a difference.
A passion for equestrian life, technology or both!
Clear, confident, and professional communication skills – both spoken and written.
A curious mind - someone who loves digging into issues and figuring things out.
Experience in customer support (B2B or B2C), ideally within a SaaS or tech environment.
Super organised – you can juggle multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly.
A team player who brings positivity and energy to every conversation.
Patient, calm, and composed – even when customers become frustrated.
Desirable but not essential- Bilingual French speaking candidate
The Role:
Contract: 12-month maternity cover, with the potential to become permanent
Location: Hybrid – Home and up to 2 days office based in Milton Keynes
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30am – 7:00pm (1 hour for lunch) Training will be office based for the first two weeks, 9:00am-5:00pm
On call 1 weekend a month, with additional pay
Salary: c £26,000 per annum
