You will receive all the necessary resources and training to shine and be successful in your position. The customer service representative is the front line and the first voice of our company.

In this position, you will be processing orders and delivering the highest level of customer service

  • Processing orders (Telephone, mobile, email, or web orders) onto SAP and generating invoices.

  • Office administration

  • Dealing with returns and credit notes.

  • Dealing with customer complaints and keeping databases up to date.

  • Dealing with customers at the trade counter.

  • Liaising with Carrier companies about delivery queries.

  • Processing customer payments and contacting on-hold customers.

  • Telesales

  • Contacting customers and informing them of new products.

  • Keep the CRM system up to date and accurate

  • Upselling and informing of achievable discount structures

  • Targeted strategies


Skills and abilities required

  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, answer questions, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

  • Professional approach

  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and social skills

  • Proficient computer and typing skills including use of Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong Communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong desire to engage with customers

  • Strong sales results-driven approach, being proactive in all parts of the sales process

  • Proven ability to multitask & prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work as team member but also work using initiative

  • Flexible schedule - ability to work occasional evenings and weekends

Experience

  • 1-2 years of customers service and sales experience

  • Experience with SAP is a plus
