Equine Register provides national equine identification traceability systems and digital services to support the equine industry and equine owners.
In the UK we manage the Central Equine Database on behalf of the UK government. To support the government’s digital engagement drive we are now expanding our services to support owners and organisations across the equine industry.
This is an exciting opportunity within our Customer Engagement team. This is a really interesting and varied role requiring self-motivation, high organisation and good communication skills.
You will be providing support and guidance over the phone and via our digital channels to a broad spectrum of users across the equine industry.
This role is perfect for an ambitious, enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who is a strong communicator and loves speaking and engaging with different people, regarding equine matters, to provide a service and increase sales.
Previous office experience is essential, along with some degree of customer service experience.
You should possess extensive experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
A knowledge and understanding of horses and the equine industry is essential to this role.
The role is mainly homebased but with travel to the office in Gloucestershire when required.
