Our brands, including Champion Equestrian and Toggi clothing, are synonymous with British heritage, style, quality, and functionality.

We are seeking a Creative Executive – a new and exciting hybrid role looking after our Social Media accounts and Graphic Design projects within the business. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic creative with a passion for horses, and an interest in building social communities and creating high-quality content. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and supported by the marketing team, this pivotal and varied role will contribute to the brand’s success in both online and offline campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Social Media:

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop, implement and manage our social media strategy across the brands.

  • Manage and update social media profiles, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn.

  • Create a calendar of social media posts and captions using brand library content across all platforms and brands in advance for approval.

  • Community engagement: respond to inquiries and engage with followers to cultivate a positive, inclusive, and informative online environment.

 Graphic Design:

  • Produce high-quality visual designs for both digital and print media using existing brand elements and guidelines.

  • Design and artwork origination of business literature, marketing and advertising materials, such as print adverts, pricelists and lookbooks.

 Skills Required:

  • Experience in social media management with an eye for trends that will drive growth.

  • Proficient in the creation of posts, stories, Reels and TikTok videos.

  • Demonstrates exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.

  • Proficient in industry-standard design software, Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Demonstrates a keen eye for detail and a polished finished product.

  • Experience in the equestrian industry and a passion for horses is essential.
