POSITION

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Content Creator Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in content development, campaign ideation, and multi-platform storytelling within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This role is ideally suited to individuals with a strong interest in digital marketing, visual communication, and the equestrian sector. A genuine enthusiasm for horse sport and the wider equestrian industry is a distinct advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Develop engaging, brand-aligned content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and  YouTube.

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of content calendars in line with strategic objectives.

  • Assist with copywriting for social media captions, email marketing campaigns and paid ads.

  • Video editing and graphic design (print and digital) using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Collaborate with the wider team on campaign ideation, execution and performance analysis.

  • Monitor platform trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for innovation and engagement.

  • Support in the scheduling of posts and daily management and monitoring of social media platforms.

  • Participate in internal content reviews and contribute to reporting on platform performance and content effectiveness. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated interest in digital content creation and/or marketing.

  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail and tone of voice.

  • Confidence with graphic design tools such as Canva (knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous)

  • Proven experience with platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace and Excel.

  • Understanding of key marketing platforms and current digital trends.

  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

  • Organised, proactive, and adaptable in managing multiple tasks.

  • UK-based with availability of at least 30 hours per week (scope for more).

  • Ability to travel for UK-based internal meetings.

  • Commitment to a minimum internship duration of 6 months.

  • Equestrian background and an interest in horse sports.
