Since we opened our doors in 1943, Solihull Riding Club has grown to become the UK’s largest riding club, catering to all disciplines and all levels from grass-roots to professional. With over 75 years of success behind us, and a strong, experienced team who are passionate about all things equestrian, we are well-established as not only one of the best riding clubs in the country, but also as a leading event venue.
We are looking for a highly capable Commercial Manager to join us.
You will be responsible for overseeing business growth, revenue generation and profitability across the Riding Club and associated trading arm.

Credibility as a business leader
Creativity & innovation in the pursuit of new revenue streams
A strong track record of effective financial management
Excellent problem solving skills
You will be responsible for
Setting strategic direction & aligning team efforts to deliver performance targets
Managing client relationships
Overseeing site management across 200 acres
Financial management & reporting
