Are you a strategic Commercial leader known for delivering high performing sales teams? Do you have a passion for Equine? Do you have a commercial mind-set with the ability to create and execute international strategies?
For this role it is essential you have B2B and senior level management experience and a proven track record in the Pet / Equine industry.
If so, we have an opportunity for you as a Commercial Director for our Global Supplements business, responsible for increasing revenue and growing market presence across all sales channels within the UK and Internationally.
What you'll be doing:
Overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies and partnerships to reach business goals
Increasing revenue and growing market presence across all sales channels across Europe
Leading the sales team with clear and objective goals
Build and maintain key customer and partnership relationships to elevate business growth
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Analysing sales performance data, creating actionable insights and reports
What you'll bring:
A solid background in directing productive sales teams and facilitating revenue growth
Experience in creating and executing international strategies that align with business goals
Proficiency in analysing sales and marketing data to inform strategies and measure performance
Proficient ability to build and maintain partnerships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders
Experience of working within the Pet / Equine Supplements markets would be advantageous but not essential
The successful candidate will have:
Strong commercial experience - operating at a Senior level minimum 8 yrs
B2C (branded) business experience
International Commerical/Sales Experience
An understanding /working knowledge of the Equestrian Industry
Location
This is a hybrid working role that can be based in any location in the UK, however please note travel will be required to our offices in Peterborough and Monmouth, and customers across UK and Europe.
