Collaborating closely with the CEO to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives across Northern Hemisphere markets, always with a focus on maximising sales and market share.
Lead the planning and coordination of seasonal and new product launches, ensuring they drive sales and meet customer expectations and market trends.
Work with marketing and content teams to deliver compelling product narratives, assets, and campaigns designed to boost sales with online retailers, chain stores and independents.
Analyse past and present sales figures to predict future trends, adjust strategies and maximise sales growth.
Facilitate the seamless flow of product data, content, and digital assets to key customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to support sales initiatives.

Monitor performance metrics and customer feedback to continuously refine and improve sales launch strategies and execution.
Act as a global liaison between regional teams, ensuring consistent messaging and execution across markets, all with the aim of supporting sales growth.

Proven ability to exceed sales targets and work well under pressure
A strong business acumen and ability to review data metrics to make evidence-based sales decisions
Be a lateral thinker as an approach to problem-solving that strives for creative sales solutions, not merely the most straightforward answer
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment that demands sales focus
Excellent relationship building and customer service mindset - the ability to build rapport across many demographics, overcoming objections and achieving sales results
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, Written and verbal
