We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with previous marketing experience to join our team as the Brand Manager. The successful candidate will have sole marketing responsibility over the brand to ensure its future success. The brand has huge potential and scope and we are looking for the right candidate to maximise this, growing it into a household name. This is a fast paced role and requires someone who can manage and prioritise different projects at one time. The successful candidate should have previous experience in growing a brand and creating a strong identity.

Equestrian knowledge is desired in order to understand the brands key target audience and ethos. We are looking for someone to hit the ground running and help grow the brand further.

The role will also entail some aspects of sales as attendance of shows will be expected, this will involve direct contact with the consumer and selling directly to them. It also will include web sales and B2B, but the role is looking after the Brand in its's entirety helping it grow and prosper to realise its full potential. We have a large growth target and would like someone to be able to achieve this.

We are flexible with the role either being part or full time to suit the right candidate. We can also be flexible with remote working but some time in office would be required as to commune with the other departments.

Role responsibilities include but are not limited to the below:

  • Preparation and implementation of an annual marketing strategy, with the inclusion of budget management, both online and offline for B2B and B2C.

  • Social Media management (content planning and creation, posting/scheduling, responding to messages/comments where applicable)

  • Writing and circulating press releases around new product launches, sponsorship etc. in relation to the Brand

  • Working alongside the company graphic designers to prepare all marketing materials, POS, video production, brochures etc.

  • New product design and development

  • Website management

  • Photoshoot attendance and management

  • Trade stand/sponsorship management to include staffing and full logistics. Working on trade stands will be required (to include some weekends).

  • Sponsored Rider coordination and relationship management

Candidate:

  • Highly organised and motivated

  • Good time management and the ability to prioritise work

  • Excellent written and oral skills

  • Keen eye for detail

  • Be able to work independently and within a team

  • Excellent co-ordination and communication skills

This is an exciting role that will suit someone with a passion for horses and a flare for marketing.

At least one years marketing and social media experience is required. It is desirable that the candidate has equine knowledge as to fully understand the Brands target market.

Salary DEO from £26,000 per annum

Location: On site/In person based at our Lincoln Site
