Full-Time | Immediate Start | Until 1st September

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Equestrian Event Organiser Assistant to join our busy team for the remainder of the summer season.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in equestrian event management and administration, working at a thriving competition venue with a varied calendar of events.

The Role

Working five days per week, the successful candidate will assist with the planning, administration, promotion, and delivery of equestrian events. The role will involve both office-based duties and practical support during event days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the administration and organisation of equestrian competitions and events

  • Managing competitor entries and communications

  • Supporting event scheduling and preparation for The Pony Club Regional Championships at the end of August

  • Liaising with officials, volunteers, sponsors, and suppliers

  • Assisting with social media content and event promotion

  • Providing customer service to competitors and visitors

  • Supporting the smooth running of competitions on event days

  • General office and administrative duties as required

The Ideal Candidate

The successful applicant will:

  • Have a strong interest in the equestrian industry

  • Be highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Be confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems

  • Be proactive, reliable, and able to work independently

  • Be flexible and willing to work weekends as required by the event schedule

Previous experience within the equestrian industry, event management, administration, or customer service would be advantageous but is not essential.
