To support our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Area Sales Manager to develop our business across the United Kingdom.
This is an excellent opportunity to take responsibility for an established territory, reactivate an existing customer base and drive further growth within one of Europe’s most recognised equestrian companies.
Your Role
As Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing EKKIA’s sales throughout the United Kingdom.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing and growing relationships with existing customers.
Reactivating dormant accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
Promoting and selling EKKIA’s extensive portfolio of equestrian brands and products.
Building long-term partnerships with independent tack shops, equestrian retailers and online retailers.
Identifying market trends and commercial opportunities.
Achieving agreed sales targets and contributing to the continued growth of the UK market.
Providing regular market feedback on customer needs, competitor activity and industry developments.
About You
You are a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships and developing business opportunities.
You will have:
Proven experience in field sales
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skill
A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
The ability to work independently and manage your territory effectively
Native-level English proficiency
A willingness to travel extensively throughout the United Kingdom
Knowledge of the equestrian industry, equestrian products or related sectors would be a distinct advantage
Territory & Travel
Home-based position covering the United Kingdom
Ideally located in a central UK location
Extensive nationwide travel required
Attendance at major UK trade shows and industry events
Participation in the annual Spoga Horse exhibition in Germany
Attendance at two annual sales meetings at EKKIA headquarters in France
