Approved Centre Scheme Coordinator (Full Time Fixed Term - 2years)

Salary: £23,000.00 per annum

Location: Our office is based near Stoneleigh in Warwickshire, and we’re typically working from there 2-3 days a week with flexibility to work remotely. You’re also welcome to work in the office more frequently.

Hours: Our usual full-time hours are 35 a week – with an early finish on a Friday! We offer other flexible work options, such as compressed hours, which we’re happy to discuss.

Position

The Approved Centres Co-Ordinator's required to contribute to the success of the Approved Centres Department by providing effective support and project co-ordination.

Requirements

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting with the delivery of the BHS Approved Centre Scheme ensuring quality assurance across all areas

  • Providing effective cross departmental support, for example Business Support/Safeguarding

  • Maintaining and co-ordination accurate recording processes

  • Co-ordinating Centre inspection teams, centre memberships and other projects

  • Invoice administration, including payments

What you won’t be doing:

  • Working in isolation

  • Having the same day twice

This is a great role for you if:

  • Can utilise own initiative working independently within a supportive environment.

  • Have proven experience within the equestrian industry, ideally knowledge of legal obligations.

  • Are competent with CRM systems, Microsoft, Dynamics 365 etc.

  • Are a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
