We are looking to appoint two Administrators who will be part of the Education Department in supporting critical operations by providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of the department.
As an administrator, you will be the first point of contact for public enquiries on the phone and email, offering advice and handling queries as required. Previous equestrian experience is desirable, however, relevant training will be available.
Key skills needed for this exciting role:
A high attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
Excellent communication skills
Experience in customer service facing role
Good work ethic and the ability to see a task through to completion
Good understanding of Microsoft Office and databases
Be adaptable to work both within a team and individually
Equestrian knowledge desirable

Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
Processing telephone and email applications
Administrating BHS assessments ensuring that quality assurance compliance with regulartory bodies is maintained
Taking payments in a secure and GDPR compliant manner
Providing administrative support for the whole Education department
Submitting candidate results to our awarding body
Answering and responding to voicemails
Photocopying, printing and posting
Assist the Education Team Manager and Department as required
