Originally established in 1948, Moreton Morrell College has grown into a premier institution for agricultural and equine studies. Over the decades, it has expanded its curriculum to include a wide range of land-based subjects while maintaining a strong reputation for practical and academic excellence.

Beyond equine studies, the campus features a fully operational commercial farm spanning over 230 hectares, a large animal welfare centre, and specialised veterinary nursing facilities.
Equine Degree Courses at WCUC
Moreton Morrell College’s equine degree courses are designed with industry input to enhance employability and accommodate various learning commitments. The college offers flexible distance-learning programs with tailored study support and extensive e-learning resources. Industry accreditations further strengthen career prospects, with the Equine Therapy & Rehabilitation degree recognised by the Animal Health Practitioner Register (AHPR) and Equine Performance Coaching students earning 1st4sport coaching qualifications.
