We have an exciting opportunity for a horse lover with a good range of equine knowledge to join our equine claims team in Brentford. Although your primary role will be to manage customer claims, liaising with the wider claims team and working alongside the underwriting team to ensure accurate claims assessment; you will also work closely with the equine sales and service team to look for ways to improve the overall customer journey.
This is a telephone based role to assess claims in line with the policy terms and conditions, ensuring that the highest level of customer service is provided. You will provide accurate and efficient input and assessment of equine veterinary fees, death and non-veterinary fee claims. In addition, as part of the claims team you will be expected to be able to identify fraud indicators and refer these cases to the Claims Validation team.
We are looking for an individual who is an excellent team player and is able to work well within a busy team, remaining professional at all times.
They must have the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
Be confident making claim decisions and willing to take responsibility with good attention to detail.
