Job Type: Admin / Customer Service
Salary: £16,000 to £23,000 per annum – Depending on Experience
We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated individual to join our Banking team. You will provide excellent standards of customer service and friendly, professional assistance to a variety of clients, in addition to assisting with a wide range of banking tasks. These include dealing with queries and instructions from clients over the phone, data inputting, account opening and, processing clients payment requests. Weatherbys Bank is a forward thinking bank with traditional values, and the ideal candidate will ensure that this ethos is portrayed to all our customers.
Presenting a knowledgeable image to customers at all times and ensuring all banking responsibilities are correctly undertaken, are key elements to the role. The ability to work accurately, efficiently and strictly in accordance with bank processes and procedures is essential as is a positive attitude and proactive approach to working practices.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about providing exceptional standards of customer service and thrive on working in a fast paced team. You will be conscientious and diligent in your work approach. Excellent verbal communication skills, as well as a flexible attitude to work are essential to meet our clients’ needs.
